Dan Reilly and his team led the ERP implementation for multiple locations of the Performance Chemical Division of Omnova Solutions. We relied heavily on the expertise of Dan and his team to maintain and enhance all of our ERP solutions. There were seemingly insurmountable issues that Dan resolved in a creative and professional manner. Omnova requires full flexibility in the use of dry weight chemical conversions and it was Dan that was able to define and implement the system addressing the people and processes as well as the system functionality to achieve seamless dry weight conversion throughout the software. The abilities and versatility of Dan and his team proved invaluable when we were faced with the assimilation of sales and profit data in a $750,000 data warehouse project that was key to the success of the acquisition of Sequa Chemicals Inc. A major national consulting firm fell short of agreed expectations and provided a product that did not address the basic requirements of the project. The Reilly team solved the technical indexing issues and was able to redefine the data warehouse to attain the ability to provide consolidated information from two separate ERP systems and give us actual sales profit by customer. With Dan’s assistance at State Fish Co, implementing all of the OPM (Oracle Process MFG Suite) I was able to achieve Oracle Showcase Account Status for my company one of 268 in the World at that time. Without Dan’s PERFECT understanding of the subject matter this would not have been achievable.
